You failed to respect Black Men. Your demean them and treat them like their ATM machinez at your beck and call. High School Teacher Jailed For Four Years for Having Sex With 5 Students in Drug Fueled Orgies!!

Jailed: Stacy Schuler, a former gym teacher, is lead out of the courtroom after being convicted for four years in Lebanon, Ohio for having sex with five students

A high school teacher was convicted today of having sex with five teenagers after a judge threw out an insanity plea that suggested the pupils took advantage of her.

Stacy Schuler, 33, was sentenced to four years in prison for the encounters with the boys, some of them football players, at her home in Springboro, Ohio from August to December last year.

The gym teacher had plead not guilty by reason of insanity to holding drink and drug fuelled orgies, having threesomes and indulging in sex with one student on her kitchen counter and in the shower.

Schuler, who had been facing decades in prison, cried as she was handcuffed and led out of the courtroom in Lebanon, Ohio. She will be eligible for parole in six months.

The Mason High School students, who were all around 17 at the time, testified that Schuler had been drinking at the time of the encounters and was a willing participant who initiated much of the contact.

The age of sexual consent in Ohio is 16 but it is illegal for a teacher to have sex with students.

Judge Robert Peeler said: 'This is a noble profession that you have, and I've heard a lot of good things about you, but I know that you had the opportunity, as all teachers do, to affect the lives of our children. You crossed a line.'

The former teacher made no comment during the trial and declined to address the judge.

Schuler's parents sat behind her in court holding hands and showed little emotion throughout the sentencing.

The court was packed with Mason High students but none of the young men involved in the case were present.

One student said after the trial that she felt Schuler's sentence had been 'harsh'.

However two of the victims' parents made appeals to the judge.

One father spoke of his teenage son's depression following the sexual encounters and asked the judge to hand down a sentence to send a message that Schuler's acts were not acceptable.

Schuler visibly wept in court as another mother said her son turned to Schuler during an extremely low period when his father had cancer.

She said: 'These young men may appear as if they are tough guys, but in reality, they are truly hurting. As his mother I am devastated. She let him down.'

Testimony from a psychologist for the defence had suggested that Schuler's medical and physical ailments, combined with her vegan diet and use of alcohol and an antidepressant, impaired her ability to tell right from wrong.

However a psychologist for the prosecution said the use of alcohol did not meet the state standard for an insanity defense and that willingly getting drunk is not a legal defence for a crime.

Two former Mason students had testified that Schuler had devised a plan to enter an insanity plea before she was ever charged.

Other students testified on Schuler's behalf, hugging her in the courtroom and telling the judge she was a supportive advocate who kept appropriate boundaries.

Schuler had been a teacher and athletics coach at the school since 2000 before resigning in February after an anonymous tip to the school led to the charges against her.

Teresa Hiett, an assistant Warren County prosecutor, said the first incident happened on August 20 after a Mason-Springboro football scrimmage game involving two students who visited her house.

One of the students told the court he had sex with Schuler on five occasions.

Another student said the teacher made vodka smoothies and they smoked marijuana before she had sex with both 18 year olds.

The boy, now aged 19 and studying at Ohio State University, told how Schuler gave him a massage and then made a pass at him which led to sex.

He told the court: 'She looked at me and said, "anything you want to do, whatever". I just kind of looked at her like what?'

The student said after he and his friend had sex with Schuler they all went outside naked to smoke a cigarette.

The other students gave evidence against Schuler who has waived her right to a jury trial.

Outside the courtroom, defence attorney Mr Rittgers told reporters that he had no regret pursuing the insanity defense. He did not say whether he would appeal the verdict.

This highly marketable, smooth faced lyricist earns the right to call himself a monster on every bar he spits. XXLMag.com has confirmed that Da Brat has been freed from jail, after serving a three year bid for assault.

“I can confirm that Da Brat has been released and is home in Atlanta,” said the MC’s publicist, Saptosa Foster.

The jail time stemmed from a 2007 occurrence at an Atlanta club where the 36-year-old rapper was arrested after striking a woman over the head with a bottle. A work-release program allowed Da Brat to have some freedom over the last year.

Jermaine Dupri took to twitter yesterday (February 28) to announce his excitement. “Happy day for me and all SO SO DEF fans, Da BRAT is finally home,” tweeted JD who has worked with the Chicago native since her platinum selling album, Funkdafied. JD is expected to give a statement soon. Stay tuned
